This patient
had upper missing teeth in the back on both side of her mouth. She also had a lot of decay on every tooth in the front of
her mouth. We crowned every tooth across the front and placed a removable partial denture in the back. Her smile is restored
and she is very pleased with her results.

Crowns cover the entire portion of your tooth. They can change the shape of your tooth and color. Crowns
are made of several different materials. Some crowns are made of porcelain over metal, some are gold crowns, which do not
put as much wear on your natural teeth, and some crowns are all porcelain. The different type of crown is determined by your
bite and what part of the mouth the crowns are placed. All porcelain crowns are usually more natural looking. They have a
transparent appearance.

This patient
had gross decay on every tooth in his mouth. Several root canals, many crowns and bridges were needed to restore his mouth
esthetically and functionally. Most of his teeth were restorable. This case took several weeks to complete but the choice
of saving his teeth was worth the time and money to him.

This is the
same patient after all the work was completed. He has a great smile and his ability to chew his food properly is much improved.
He was also able to choose a lighter tooth color which took a few years off his age.

This patient
had a bite which was end to end on his front teeth and over the years, he had worn his teeth down over half the length of
the normal height. Reopening his bite and placing crowns on every tooth was the only solution to restoring his mouth. This
case took a few months to restore.
|

After several
dental visits, he finally received his crowns and had his bite opened back up and his teeth were normal size again. He also
had the choice of choosing whiter teeth when the crowns were made.
